Marlin Priest, Founder & CEO

Marlin's experience in aviation spans 42-plus years with experience in corporate/business aviation management, operations, maintenance management, FAA approved repair station development and operations, and airline/air cargo flight line maintenance. He has managed maintenance and operations for a small flight department with two turboprop aircraft to a large flight department of fifteen aircraft comprised of light piston aircraft, light to heavy jets, and a turbine powered helicopter. Marlin has served, and continues to serve, on several industry boards and committees. In November of 2009, he was awarded the FAASTeam Aviation Maintenance Technician of the Year for the Southern Region-Alabama/Northwest Florida Area. In April of 2010, Marlin received the FAASTeam Aviation Maintenance Technician of the Year, Southern Region-Federal Aviation Administration. In March of 2011, he was appointed as a FAASTeam Representative. Marlin is the Past Chairman of the NBAA Maintenance Committee, serving as an active member of the Committee Leadership Team.

Patrick Delahoussaye, President

Patrick’s journey in aviation began in the United States Navy Helicopters, Anti Submarine Warfare. After completing his education at Spartan School of Aeronautics, he worked in many facets of the aviation business including maintenance, shop management, FBO Manager, sales and marketing. In May of 2010, he was awarded the Charles Taylor Award  “Master Mechanic” for 50 years of service in aviation and also recognized for his safety record. In May of 2012, Patrick was presented with the Silk Scarf Award by the National Business Aviation Association. This award is presented to those individuals who, by virtue of a lifetime of personal dedication, have made significant identifiable contributions that have materially advanced aviation interests. Patrick strives each day to work with others in the industry to build a stronger and safer general aviation.
